Kimberly McClintock a United Sates Army Veteran ,and single mother of three found a huge termite infestation in her family home. Mrs. McClintock informed her apartment manager of the horrible infestation as soon as she found it, and they assured her it would be taken care of.
The problem is that the termite infestation was not dealt with according to Mrs. McClintock, so she withheld her rent. Unfortunately here is where things became even worse for Mrs. McClintock she was informed by her attorney that the property management company served her with an unlawful detainer lawsuit. Now this means she along with her family will be evicted from the premises very soon. Mrs. McClintock is now forced to start the litigation process with the property management company, and move out by the end of the month.
